The first Navarre Beach resident allowed back on the island, shop keeper Mike Martino, plants the U.S. and the State flag of Florida at his beach souvenir shop July 11, 2005 after Hurricane Dennis made landfall demolishing the vacation island 10 months after Hurricane Ivan did the same. Relief crews fanned out over northwest Florida on Monday to gauge the misery and debris strewn anew by Hurricane Dennis on a region still recovering from a devastating hurricane last year.
